Shipping

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times, we offer next business day delivery for orders placed before 6:30pm. Monday through Friday. Orders placed thereafter will be delivered within two business days. This does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Designator is not responsible for any customs fees/duties related to international orders. We cannot calculate fees before your order is delivered, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping charges will not be refunded if these charges are declined.

Returns and payoffs

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, order number or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and post it as well.
